The GalwayCo-op.com LLC/Ferrellgas partnership is working together to install Community Propane Systems for builders of new subdivisions across the Capital Region and beyond. As an added point of sale builders can offer homes with discounted fuel pricing.

In a community system, a large bulk tank is installed either above ground or below ground in a low-visibility, common area on the edge of a development. Underground gas mains are run to individual lots, and as homes are built, meters are installed. Homeowners are billed at GalwayCo-op.com pricing. Community systems are flexible enough to handle a handful of houses or a planned community with thousands of homes.
