The Galway Co-op and our partners are committed to protecting your right to privacy. We strive to keep a trustworthy reputation with our members and want them to have the utmost confidence that their personal information is safe and kept private. We guarantee there will be no information kept and recorded that could violate your right to privacy. Furthermore, we will not misuse the information given to us in any way that could jeopardize the relationship we have with our members.

Security Policy

The Galway Co-op takes pride in our efforts to secure our members information. Your payment information is never kept on file so there is no risk that your accountant could be compromised. All credit card payments are processed in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This is our way to protect our members from improper use of their information. We take extra precautions to ensure the safety of our members’ information.

Refund Policy

We offer manufacturer warranties on all our products, including our tank sales. You must call the manufacturer directly for any questions or concerns. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership

Galway Co-op members who do not renew by June 1st will not be entitled to some discounts offered by the Galway Co-op. The Galway Co-op reserves the right to waive membership fees at their sole discretion only. The Galway co-op also reserves the right to terminate membership using only their sole discretion at any time without advance notice. Membership fees are non-refundable unless membership is terminated by the Galway Co-op.
